At Nomina, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:

* Time Frame: You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

* Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear, tear, stains, sweat, odor, or if it has been washed.

* Request Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please visit [link to your returns and exchanges request page]. Ensure to provide your order number or proof of purchase along with your request.

* Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

* Assessment for Missing Hangtags: If the hangtag is missing, please contact us for assessment. Returns will not be accepted by the courier without the hangtag, but we'll do our best to assist you.

* Processing Time: Once your return or exchange request is received, it will be reviewed promptly. You should expect to receive an email shortly after with the status of your request. Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges.

* Exceptions: Please note that discounted items, including items purchased in bundles, cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon receipt.

* Contact Hours: Our customer service team is available to assist you from 10 AM to 6 PM. Any inquiries or requests made outside of these hours will be addressed during the next available business hours.
